The property's heating and air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay, though extra garden furniture would have been a welcome addition.The presence of free toiletries and an electric kettle in the rooms demonstrated attention to detail, further enhancing the guest experience. While the inclusion of a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi catered to modern needs, the hotel could benefit from offering free parking and luggage storage facilities. The 24-hour reception and security provided a sense of safety and accessibility for guests.Al Sereno Hotel Y Spa offers good value for the price, with its spa center and garden area providing additional relaxation options.
